Fresh Starts was an urban garden venture in Minneapolis that became a vegetable and protein production farm outside of Mora, MN. I feel very fortunate to be working my families' land, making it more productive and growing food for Minnesotans.
I'm something of a backwoods mechanic. Driving feed out to our forest-dwelling, somewhat wild hogs is a highlight in my day. This season, i'm excited to try no-till cover cropping and grain growing for our animals.
