Fresh Starts began as a vegetable, hog and egg production farm. In 2018 I started growing grain and phased out the other farming enterprises. In 2019, I got certified organic. And in 2020, I started the organic feed mill.

I feel very fortunate to have the ability to make my families’ land more productive and grow organic grain for Minnesota and Wisconsin farmers!

Caroline moved to Fresh Starts Farm in 2024 and in 2026 decided to join the team and get back to growing flowers and vegggies like she used to.
